Flour-free Cocoa Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups icing sugar
  • 1.5 cups cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • Flaky sea salt

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients apart from the chocolate chunks. Beat eggs, then mix them together. Add vanilla and chocolate chunks. Put spoonfuls on a tray covered with baking paper and sprinkle flaky sea salt on them. Bake for 10-13 minutes on 350F.
