Ingredients
- 2 packets of wine biscuits (250g x 2) – crushed up
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (395g)
- 200g unsalted butter – melted
- 2 Tbsp golden syrup (or maple syrup)
- 2 blocks of Whittaker’s Hazelnut Chocolate (250g x 2)
Directions
- Mix together crushed up biscuits, melted butter, golden syrup and sweetened condensed milk
- Press firmly into lined rectangular base
- Melt chocolate gently in the microwave or on a double boiler
- Pour melted chocolate over biscuit base and refrigerate for a couple of hours (at least) before cutting into squares
