Ingredients
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 100g butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup mashed bananas
Directions
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Fold mixtures together, don’t over mix. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake at 220C for 12-15 mins.
