Ingredients
Cream Cheese Filling
- 250g cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Directions – blend together all ingredients except for chips, add them last and set aside mix
Chocolate Batter
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tblsp white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup water
- Directions – whisk together all ingredients
Directions
Preheat oven to 180C. Put chocolate mix in first until the cupcake cups are 1/2 full. Put generous tblsp dollops of the cream cheese filling in to the center. Bake cupcakes for 20-25 minutes.
