Ingredients
- 4 cups Cornflakes
- 200g red glace cherries
- 1 1/2 cups sultanas
- 2 cups sliced almonds
- 1 tin condensed milk (395g)
- 200g package of dark chocolate
Directions
Combine in a bowl – slightly crushed Cornflakes, finely chopped cherries, sultanas, almonds and condensed milk. Place a teaspoon (bite sized) of mixture on tray lined with baking paper. Bake in moderate oven for approx 5 min or until slightly browned.
Leave on tray to cool.
Melt chocolate – spread over base of biscuits (or just dip the bottom in). Place on trays lined with tin foil. Place in freezer until set (1-2 min). Store in an air tight container in fridge.
