Ingredients
- 200g butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup flour
- 150g white chocolate bits (or 3/4 cup chopped walnuts, or both)
- 3 eggs
- Icing sugar
Directions
Beat butter, sugar, cocoa for 4-5 min. Add 3 eggs one at a time beating each one in well. Fold in flour and chocolate bits and/or walnuts. Spread into 20cm square tin (well greased) and bake at 150C for 1hr. Cool, cut up and dust with icing sugar.
