Ingredients
Salad
- baby spinach
- toasted (sliced & blanched if possible) almonds
- sliced strawberries (one package of spinach to one punnet of strawberries)
Dressing
- 1/2 cup oil (canola or olive)
- 1/4 cup apple cidar vinegar
- 1/2 cup – 1/4 cup sugar (or 1/4 cup of splenda)
- 2 tbls sesame seeds
- 1 tbls poppy seeds
- 1/4 tsp of paprika (or 2 shakes)
- 1 tsp whocestershire sauce
- 2 tbls green onion (optional, I did not use that because I don’t usually have it around)
Directions
Mix dressing and salad ingredients separately. Add dressing immediately before serving. The dressing can be kept in the fridge for months.
