Ingredients
- boneless salmon fillets (fresh or frozen)
- olive oil
- soy sauce
- honey
Directions
Mix in equal parts the olive oil, soy sauce and honey. The amount will depend on how many fillets you intend on preparing. Marinate the fillets for at least 5 hrs prior to cooking (they do not have to be thawed when you start marinating them). Turn fillets in marinate each hour. Bake salmon at 350F for 15-20 mins or until cooked through (white and flaky).
