Ingredients
- 500g green beans, tips cut off
- 1 1/2 onions, chopped in thick slices
- tamari sauce (gluten-free soy sauce)
- salt
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
Directions
Steam green beans until very soft. Fry onions until soft and then add tamari sauce (enough to cover all of the onions – be liberal…add twice if you like) and continue frying until onions are tender all the way through (but not crispy). Mix beans and onions together, add salt, olive oil, more tamari and vinegar to taste. Serve warm for best results.
